Founding Principal

As a co-founder of Talent Strategy Partners, Pat leverages her passion and expertise on the human aspects of change management. Known for her capacity to read a room and build a consensus, Pat facilitates the development of targeted programs to gain employee buy-in and create business goal ownership. Her ability to guide organization effectiveness initiatives gets high marks from team members and management alike.

Formally trained as a group facilitator, through both Synectics and the Creative Problem Solving Group, Pat has extensive experience guiding groups to achieve common purpose. With perception, conviction and humor, her highly-focused approach ensures that client initiatives are engaging, implementable, and successful.

With over 30 years of experience, Pat has consulted as well as worked in corporate HR. She served as North American director of compensation at Campbell Soup Company. Her consulting career began as a compensation analyst with Sibson & Company. Before founding Talent Strategy Partners, she was a principal in the Performance and Rewards practice at Mercer HR Consulting in Philadelphia.

Pat is a board member and liaison to the Membership Committee, Princeton Subgroup, and Innovation Leadership Forum of Beacon, the premier business executive network in the mid-Atlantic region. She is a former board member and program co-chair with the Philadelphia Society for People & Strategy and a past President of PEBA, the Philadelphia area’s leading benefits and compensation professional association. The Reinvestment Fund of Philadelphia honored Pat with an award for her design work on their new performance management program.

She is a guest lecturer on organizational culture at St. Joseph’s University’s Haub School of Business and teaches an annual seminar in succession planning for Rutgers University’s Continuing Professional Education program. She is a writer and blog contributor on the topic of creating cultures of innovation. Pat has a BA in biology from Millersville University.

Pat and her husband David enjoy hiking and taking time to appreciate nature, as well as to support local culture and people, in their travels. They never tire of their favorite places in the mountains of western US and Canada and in Grenada, West Indies. Whether traveling or at home, Pat is a New York Times crossword puzzler, an NPR junkie, and a voracious reader.
